Terms of Service

These terms cover the free scan on this site and the licensed Telegram outreach bot ("the Service"), provided by Unlisted Technologies, India. Using either means you accept them.

1. What the Service is

A licensed software terminal your agency's sales reps operate: it finds publicly published business contact data, drafts outreach openers, and files leads into your own Google Sheet. We do not sell lead lists. Your reps own 100% of the data in their Sheet.

2. Acceptable use — your responsibilities

  • Contact businesses only about services relevant to them, identify your agency truthfully in the first message, and honour every opt-out ("stop", "not interested") immediately and permanently.
  • Keep a human tapping send at a natural pace. Do not connect the outputs to broadcast/automation blasters, and do not exceed the pacing guidance we give during onboarding.
  • Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messaging, for contacting individuals who never published business contact details, or for reselling our infrastructure access to third parties.
  • Comply with the platform rules that apply to you (WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Terms) and with India's Unsolicited Commercial Communication rules for your own sending.

3. Plan allowances and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of verified leads and Telegram seats: Starter 250 leads and 1 seat, Agency 1,500 leads and 5 seats, Scale 5,000 leads and 15 seats. Unused leads do not roll over. Extra leads (₹349 per 100) and extra seats (₹299 per seat/month) can be added at any time. "Fair use" means normal agency prospecting: up to 30 profiles per run and reasonable daily volumes within shared infrastructure. We may throttle runs that degrade the service for others, and will tell you first.

4. Platform risk — read this

No scraping or outreach tool is risk-free, and anyone promising zero risk is not being straight (our own site says the same on the free scan page). Instagram and WhatsApp may throttle, challenge, or restrict accounts that behave unusually, even when every rule above is followed. You accept that residual platform risk; we mitigate it with rotating sessions, human pacing, health monitoring, and maintenance — but we cannot guarantee any platform's behaviour.

5. Pricing, billing, cancellation

  • Plans: Starter ₹999/mo (₹1,299 after the first 100 agencies), Agency ₹2,499/mo and Scale ₹5,999/mo, billed monthly in advance. Optional 7-day test drive at ₹59 with 50 verified leads; the ₹59 is credited to your first month if you continue. No setup fee, no lock-in.
  • Top-ups: ₹349 per 100 extra leads and ₹299 per extra seat/month. Annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10.
  • Cancel anytime — access and support run till the end of your paid month, then stop with no further billing. Your Sheet and all its data stay yours forever.
  • Prices are in INR and exclusive of GST, charged extra where applicable.

6. Availability and support

We target best-effort 24/7 availability on shared cloud infrastructure and provide WhatsApp tech support to licence holders. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Intellectual property

The software, site content, and brand "Unlisted" remain ours. Your licence covers use, not resale or reverse-engineering of the Service. Your data, leads, scripts, and Sheets remain 100% yours.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 2 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost deals, account restrictions by third-party platforms, business interruption). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination

We may suspend access for breach of §2 (especially spam or platform abuse) after a warning, or immediately for unlawful use. You may terminate per §5. On termination, your Sheet stays yours; bot access and support end.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to good-faith discussion over email, then to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
