Privacy Policy
Unlisted Technologies ("Unlisted", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for information collected through this website and our outreach software. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
1. What we collect — and only what we need
- Free scan form: a niche word and a city word you type (e.g. "jewellers", "pune"). No name, no email, no phone, no account.
- When you contact us: whatever you send on WhatsApp (+91-9603814106) or email (systems.raghu@gmail.com) — typically your agency name, niche, and city.
- As a licence customer: your agency details, team Telegram IDs you ask us to whitelist, your Google Sheet (which you own and share with us), and your offer/positioning text.
- Technical logs: our server records scan queries and error logs to stop abuse and keep the service running. No advertising profiles are built.
2. What we never collect on this site
No advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no pixels, no fingerprinting. Our own scripts set nothing in your browser except one local choice: whether you accepted Google Fonts (see Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use your data (purpose limitation)
- To run the scan or demo you asked for.
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the licensed service.
- To prevent abuse (rate-limiting scans per visitor).
We do not sell your data. We do not sell or resell lead lists. We do not use your data to train models for anyone else.
4. Business contact data in scan results
Free scans return mobile numbers that businesses publish on their own websites so customers can reach them. That is business contact information, not private personal data harvested from private accounts. We do not scrape private profiles, and our outreach guidance requires you to identify yourself, stay relevant, and honour every opt-out immediately.
5. Sharing
Your scan queries pass through our cloud host (Render) and, when you click a WhatsApp button, through WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies. Google Fonts loads from Google only if you accept it in the cookie banner. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.
6. Retention
Scan queries live in server logs for up to 90 days for abuse prevention, then age out. Customer correspondence and licence records are kept while you are a customer and up to 3 years after, for accounts and disputes. You can ask for earlier deletion anytime (see §8).
6A. Suppression and erasure inside the product
Every first message the bot writes ends with an opt-out line ("Reply STOP to opt out"). When anyone opts out, the rep taps 🚫 Opt-out once: the lead is marked OPTED-OUT, permanently excluded from every queue, filter, and follow-up (re-scrapes cannot resurrect it), with a timestamped note as proof. Full erasure is one command away: /forget @username deletes the row entirely.
7. Children's data
This is a B2B service for agencies. We do not knowingly collect data relating to children. If you believe a child has contacted us, write in and we will delete it.
8. Your rights (DPDP Act)
You may ask for a copy of your data, corrections, erasure, or withdrawal of consent (which stops future use but not past lawful use). Write to systems.raghu@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days.
9. Grievance redressal
Grievance Officer, Unlisted Technologies — systems.raghu@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, per the DPDP framework. Unresolved grievances may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Security
Reasonable safeguards protect stored data (access-controlled sheets, secret-managed credentials). No internet transmission is perfectly secure; we limit what we hold so there is less to lose.
11. Changes
Material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
